About Grace Folorunsho

I make complex systems easier to understand, use and improve.

I'm a Senior Product Designer working across enterprise products, services and workflows — especially the ones shaped by several teams, competing needs and a little too much inherited complexity.

Clarity rarely arrives all at once. It spreads through the system.
01 · The route here

From information design to complex product systems.

I started in information design, learning how structure, hierarchy and language help people make sense of what is in front of them.

As products and services moved further into digital, that foundation became a natural route into UX and product design. Over more than 15 years, I've worked across consumer, B2B and enterprise environments — including Tesco, TalkTalk, eBay and financial products.

Today, I focus on the work where the interface is only part of the challenge: understanding real workflows, aligning teams, making constraints visible and shaping something people can use with confidence.

How I turn complexity into something useful.

No magic wand. Usually a good question, a shared view of the problem and fewer assumptions.

01

Understand the whole system

Research with users and stakeholders reveals where the real friction sits — not only where it appears on screen.

02

Make complexity visible

Flows, service maps and prototypes give teams a shared language for decisions, dependencies and trade‑offs.

03

Deliver with the team

I work closely with product, engineering and subject‑matter experts so the design survives contact with reality.

02 · Beyond the project

I also help designers find their own clarity.

Mentoring is an extension of how I work: supportive, practical and honest. I help designers strengthen their thinking, communicate decisions and navigate the realities around the work — not just polish the final screens.
